Can air-transmitted vibrations (from chainsaw) damage PC components?

Hello, recently I bought new case fans and was bringing them home. On the opposite side of the street I was walking down there were some people cutting tree branches with a chainsaw, and I felt the sound reverberate through the package in my hands.

Is there any possibility the vibrations could have damaged the fans in some manner?
