Someone, please help me

I'm in a really tough spot right now. I'm moving to Germany in a month since I come from a military family. At 16, I'll be spending two or three years abroad. It's pretty unlikely that I'll be able to get testosterone legally because my parents are against it and won't sign the consent forms I need to start testosterone. I'm considering DIY options. I'm not sure how any of that would work since I'll be living on an American military base. I'm feeling stuck and could really use some guidance. If anyone has advice, I'd really appreciate it.
