Not enough rgb headers

Hello everyone! I’m back again with another noob question. I have the asus rog strix x870-a gaming WiFi motherboard. It has 3 argb headers. I have 4 case fans plugged into one, 3 aio fans plugged into the other, and the aio pump rgb plugged into the last. I have the asrock steel legend 9070xt GPU. It has rgb on it as well. It works right now with only being plugged into the pcie slot, however, it is not controllable. It has a separate connector for rgb to be able to control it. Right now it just cycles through the rainbow effect. Where and how should I safely plug it in? Should I get a controller?
