I’m annoyed, what’s new?

This person responded to my comment and said that I sounded like a toddler apparently, and that nobody would take me seriously because I used “yucky” in my comment, which was really just a throwaway comment. They also said, through mentioning the supposed “other people” that would say the same thing, apparently, that my comment was ridiculous, like..really?

It was on a controversial post about a sensitive topic and the OP appeared to be getting brigaded by a lot of people who were/are not regular participants on that sub and the person I’m talking about was obviously one of those people.

Just pathetic. It’s obvious that they have a superiority complex and wanted to feel good about themselves by nitpicking an utterly pointless comment, then ratio me, possibly through my response, which would also probably then give them a sense of validation. But how would you even seriously respond to a comment like that? Such a patronising and unpleasant load of shit. And the fucking nerve to tell me to “read a book, so I can “sound like an adult”. Do one.

And before people say, “it’s rage bait”, like, duh but I’m still going to rant about it because the way they put it was so arrogant and patronising. People, honestly
