What causes a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT (140k) to randomly die while driving and idle at RPMs far lower than it should be?

Basically what the title says. It doesn't matter if I'm going 70 or if I'm waiting at a stoplight, my car will randomly die and it'll take 2-3 times to try and restart it so I can get going again. I replaced my camshaft position sensor and it is still doing it. I do have a check engine code for my evap system, though I have had that happen before and it was my gas cap and never caused my car to stall out and die randomly. I did recently replace my gas cap too for it, and was thinking about replacing my purge valve.

What could be causing this?
