Leaver Epidemic

I swear to god, I've never played a game with a ranked mode where there are so many people just leaving or not even joining the game after queuing up? I don't care that we don't get a matchmaking penalty for leaving after them, WE STILL LOSE OVER 1000 RS EVERY TIME. I know there are some server issues, but my god the compensation you get is just absolutely laughable when it's a near-guaranteed last place. They need to make it so you can't lose rank when a teammate leaves, whether you also leave or keep playing, but I still think you should deserve to gain rank if you somehow do well with a 2 team. It's absolutely ridiculous that almost 1 in 5 RANKED games involves a teammate leaving.
