HELP ME FIND THIS TIKTOK SOUND!!

What is the early 2020 Halloween tiktok sound where there’s a little kid mumbling and a bunch of robotic noise then it ends with a little kid saying kill kill kill?? I have been trying to find this sound for YEARS and no one knows what I’m talking about, it’s as if it never existed yet I remembered it being used in so many transition videos. I looked all over the internet and TikTok and no luck!
