Dizzy Photo🐘

Hi everyone, Dizzy gave me his photo twice and now I think it’s time for him to go. Yet whenever I time travel it seems like every villager but him wants to leave…is there any way I can get him to go? Like ik you can’t specifically kick someone out, but is there anything that’s worked for you when getting someone to leave? I’m willing to time travel, however I’ve time traveled a lot recently and wonder if that might be effecting things.
