Any registered voter can vote in PA special elections. Don't fall for the "this is a red/(or blue) district so don't waste your time."

The Valley PA Indivisible does a good job of explaining why special elections can go unexpected directions. Turnout is so low every vote counts. And unaffiliated voters can have the final say. The party that understands this - and listens beyond its most partisan base -can flip the script.
