Can’t finish DLC mission 2

I’ve tried it 3 times now, I’ve killed everything but the Eminent Domain just stays across the map limit, I’ve lobbed large dozens of gbu's its way and it just stays there. It’s starting to get on my nerves paying for a products and not even being able to play it.

Any solutions for fixing it ? I’ve tried letting all the dialogue finish first before killing the last ships but the game still softlocks
