Non surgical help!
Ok so I’ve lost 4 and a half stone over 15 months and am soooo pleased. I’m 9st 11 now and that is great for me. I’m 5’7 /mid fifties/post menopausal. But.. having always been a pear shape, I find I am still a pear! My inner and outer upper thigh area right below the knicker line are so disproportionately wide (and saggy) for my legs. I’m delighted with my new shape when clothed but the tops of my legs and bum, and upper arms for that matter, look horrible and I’m nervous about summer clothing. How can I fix this without Lipo? I do exercise but maybe not enough :( Are there any good treatments to fix this? I think it’s a common issue from glp1 weight loss so wondering what the tips and tricks are! Thanks :)
