Primal Play Pls

Trying to remember a name of a book I read a few years ago, specifically because I want more like it! I think the FMC was trying to get money so she agreed to do this island thing where rich men pay to do things with the young women. There is a group of 3(?) guys that get very attached to her, pretty dark book overall but ends in HEA I think? There’s at least one if not more scenes where the women have to run/hide and the men go search for them (IICYIFY style). I’m pretty sure there was a somnophilia scene where one of the other men wants time with her so the women all basically get drugged and have a “pajama party” before the guys come in. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Also more like this if you have!!
