Dark Brotherhood Assassinations/Conjuration Build

Is it possible to use a Conjured Spider Daedra for the Dark Brotherhood Assassinations without incurring a bounty for hurting them first? I'm trying to do a Conjurer Assassin Build, and was hoping it was possible purely for roleplay value.
