What’s going on with my lips ?

Last week I had noticed small bumps on my lips but didn’t think anything of it, but not my lips are a bit swollen and the numbs are getting worse I feel. I’ve never had any cold sores of any kind before and haven’t kissed any one or shared drinks or anything with anyone for months so I’m not fully sure if this is HSV1, contact dermatitis, an allergic reaction to something ? I use the same things on my face everyday with no change, I use aquaphor on my lips ( for years now) the only thing I’ve changed was I started taking Clindamycin 300 mg every night for about 3 weeks now ( off label) to help with my acne. I’m not sure if that could have caused a reaction. I work at a hospital in the IMCU so I’m also not sure if I touched something or touched my lips. Im also not sure if I’ve randomly become allergic to the ingredients in the aquaphor

I’m freaking out a bit because I go on a trip in 2 DAYS to see my long distance boyfriend and it would be horrible to tell him I can’t kiss him. I went to the doctor and got swabbed for HSV1 so I’m waiting for that. I was prescribed foxy but I forgot to mention I had been taking Clindamycin prior so I’m not sure if I should take more antibiotics. I also have mupirocin that I started using today
