is Trump an accidental foreign policy savant

despite claiming to not want the US to be involved in wars and seeming to have no clear vision (not to mention numerous unpopular domestic blunders), it's a really bad time to be an avowed enemy of the united states:

• Trump gave the greenlight for Assad to be toppled in 2024
• Hezbollah are now finished as an effective force despite previously being seen as one of the most powerful non-state actors in the world
• Maduro gets captured with Venezuela barely putting up a fight
• Iran's regime is on the verge of being toppled
• Houthis in Yemen are too scared to help Iran (their biggest backer) after previous strikes against them
• Cuba is more isolated and cut-off than ever and it would be a minor miracle if the regime there survives until Trump leaves office
