Highway Robbery (idea).

Right now if you want to get stuff from a raider the only way is to down him. But how if instead of downing there was a longer action called Steal? You don't kill/ down the raider, you can just see his inventory ( safe pocket not included obviously)and then you get the stuff you want? without actually "killing him"

I can totally see myself attacking people and then "Hey Pal, I think I am gonna keep this, " I take what I want and then I would even revive the poor fella, or at least you give him a chance to leave with something. I think it would be fun and would add a new layer to the interactions. Right now its too binary in my opinion.
