Nausea and Dizziness off/on, along with chest pain and shortness of breath

Hello everyone!

For background, I’m an 19 year old afab who is been dealing with chronic pancreatitis since last august.

For the past few days I’ve been dealing with bouts of nausea and dizziness. It comes out of the blue and I need to take gravol to relieve it. The gravol works and I’m able to get back to regular things. Along with those two things, I’ve been also experiencing shortness of breath. The shortness of breath only happens when I feel the pain in my chest and ribs. Is this common and normal with chronic pancreatitis?

I’ve been dealing with chronic pancreatitis since last august and I’m still pretty new to chronic aspect of this disease. I’m pretty familiar with pancreatitis since before it became chronic I dealt with recurrent acute pancreatitis for a decade.
