Is worth upgrading?

I'm thinking leaving intel for now and move to AMD CPUS i have one in mind the 5 5600XT is 150 euros here where i live and the 5 5600X is 145.

I have a 550W psu, maybe it is a good idea? (I have now a 10400f and rx 6600)
