I need help. Potentially an account ruining situation....

So I have just gotten back into OSRS and started sailing. I got the stormchaser outfit and obviously you can't gain XP without wearing it.

However, I don't know what cape to wear with it. I am an GIM so I can't buy it from GE, but I need help.

What do I wear so I can sail the high seas in style?
