My Yoga speakers suddenly sound wrong, I wasn't doing anything to change this when it happened

I was playing a game on my laptop when suddenly my speakers sounded off (Almost like the volume is lower and farther away). When I first got this computer, the audio was atrocious. I am extremely sensitive to sibilance and it was really bad. It took forever to adjust the settings on Dolby Access to the point where the audio was tolerable, but I can't stand to listen to anything anymore. What should my settings be to reduce it completely if possible?
