What's a moment in the franchise that makes you want to rip your hair out from how stupid everyone is?

For BtVS: Willow bringing Buffy back. Forever literally shows why it would be a bad thing if Dawn bought Joyce back from the dead, and Dawn managed to let go. But Willow deciding to do the same thing to Buffy? It's like the writers forgot Forever happened! Willow is my fav character but this was a really stupid idea on her part and Giles was right to call her out.

AtS: WHY THE HELL DID NO ONE BREAK THE SPHERE WHEN THE BEAST WAS DOWN?! IT IS RIGHT NEAR YOU AND YOU JUST LET HIM EAT IT? IF SOMEONE HAD BROKEN IT, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE LOST THE SUN AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THE AWFUL IDEA TO BRING ANGELUS BACK, WHICH WAS ALSO A GOD AWFUL IDEA. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?! (Sorry, the Beast episodes make me lose my mind cause everyone was so DUMB!)
