How do I get away wearing mostly shear shirts, braless in public (in a big Texas city) without getting in trouble?

I really don’t like wearing bras, and I enjoy having my nipples seen through my very thin shirts. I’m in my 50s and I’m not drop-dead gorgeous, but I’m not bad looking either. How do I get away with dressing like this in public? Can I get ticketed or arrest arrested?
