Downsizing Help
Alright guys. I found out I am making a big international move and I need to downsize my consoles (shipping is ridiculous at the moment). If I could get rid of a lot of these and use one device instead, I feel like it would help. If I get another device, I would want it to play up to GameCube, n64 and possibly vita games.
This is what I have:
- WiiU 32 GB [Hacked]
- PS5
- N64
- Steam Deck OLED
- GBASP [Childhood w/ upgraded IPS screen]
- Chromatic [1st ed]
- DSiXL [Hacked]
- DS [Childhood DS]
- n3dsXL [Hacked, my original]
- PSP [Hacked]
- PS Vita
- Switch
- Switch 2
The obvious sells for me are:
- PS5 [easy to reacquire later, if "needed"]
- DS [redundant]
- PSP [redundant]
- Switch 1 [redundant]
- N64 [my Pokémon stadium carts were the reason I had it]
- WiiU [Hardly play, just recently hacked to play GameCube games, would rather that on the go]
My obvious keeps are:
- Steam Deck (Love this, but too big to really take out of the house with me. Mostly play for co-op Steam games)
- GBASP (have an everdrive)
- DSiXL
- n3dsXL
- Switch 2
- Vita
So that leaves my chromatic up in the air (I really like it, but if I'm honest with myself I don't NEED it). Otherwise, anyone have any recommendations to really whittle this down. I have a bunch of physical games and I find I have an weird attachment to the physical aspect. 6 stills seems like A LOT to me.
