Is using a wall hanger bad? (Electric)

Hey guys, I just had an epiphany moment and realized I play my cracked beaten to shit acoustic Washburn more than my nicer guitars like my Gibson lp studio which is my main baby. I’m wondering since I’ve heard it can be bad to leave guitars out of their cases because of things like temp and humidity, especially with acoustics. But I’m wondering if it’s fine to leave my Les Paul on the hanger in hopes I play that more than my beater. I live in north Idaho and it gets pretty cold and dry during the winters so that’s my main concern.
