Matchmaking issues or just no-one playing?

Taking ~3-5m to get a standard conquest match in AU/Oceania at 9pm. Then they started filling with bots which is the first time i've seen that.

I admit, the new map is good but i'm already bored. The lack of weather, levolution, call-ins, behemoths etc which were always considered gimmicks, but at added some sort of variety to the maps.

BF is fading rapidly. How long do they seriously expect people to keep playing with 1 new map? Crazy they would put so much effort into the game with no thought to what comes after? New maps should have been 50-75% complete when they launched ready for the seasons.
