If you could do it over what would you do?

I’m graduating high school soon and was never one to follow traditional paths like engineering, doctors and lawyers, I wanted to do instrumentation but my community college doesn’t offer it. (it has imt and ist programs tho) As cliche as it is I don’t wanna do office work for a long time and would prefer to learn a niche valuable skill that I could use to work anywhere in the world. Although I don’t plan to do that type work for ever since I’d like to start my own business but then again who doesn’t want that.

(I’d also like to avoid most of the danger in this field)
