March Kitchen Box Review - Slightly Different Take On The Scent Perspective

Lush Labs/Kitchen

I just received my XL March Kitchen Subscription Box and here is my take on how my nose interprets the scents. First let me start by saying, just when I thought the March box could not get any better, it did. LUSH outdid themselves on this one. I can't imagine how next March's box could possibly outdo the last 2 years. The box itself is colourful, breathtakingly beautiful and giving early Spring vibes.

Let me start with the infamous "cigarette scented" soap (as many have described) - I love the colour and creamy texture. I can understand how people can interpret a cigarette scent and at first sniff, I get it. But, you guys, if you keep smelling it over and over again...give it a minute or 2... and it turns into a leathery, new car seat smell (if you like that). Keep smelling and it turns into a fresh Marjoram herb scent (again if you like that). It will take a minute and a bit of "sniffing patience" but it's incredible how the scent profiles change the longer you sniff.

The rest of the products are pretty bang on the way others have described them.

All look and smell absolutely amazing in their own way. I must add that the Rush body lotion smells like a creamy version of Charity Pot, which is light and gorgeous.

This box is definitely the Cat's Meow for me. I don't know how Lush is going to top this next year. I'll be waiting with baited breath.

Does anyone else agree with how the scents changed for the soap? 😃
