How can an American (me) find my family's Canadian naturalization papers?

We didn't keep the family's records because we never thought they would all be gone one day.

I'm struggling to find the way for me first generation Ukrainian-American to locate my late maternal grandparents' naturalization papers. They arrived in Montreal after WW II in 1948. If anyone can suggest the route I should take, I'm very grateful for your help.
