Am I too low level to beat Sif?

I beat Taurus, Gargoyles, Butterfly, Gaping Dragon, Hydra and now I am trying to beat Sif.

I skipped Blighttown, wanted to be over in the Garden first.

I am level 35, vit 20/endurance 24/strength 16/dex 16.

Battle axe +6 and grass crest shield for stamina regeneration.

How am i doing?
