I have plenty of sex but still masturbate

It's like I can't go a day without, like a kind of habit. Let's get one thing straight, sex with my wife is way better than masturbation. But even with sex on tap I still have the urge whether it's morning wood or bedtime horn, I still have to have my daily wank.

On days where sex isn't available (time of the month) I need a release otherwise my erections become unbearable. I just need my daily release!

Anybody else out there, male or female need their daily release?
