OCD sufferer and found a carpet beetle

So I got ocd anyway officially diagnosed I’m terrified of bugs pretty much any kind big or small activates my germ ocd found a carpet beetle yesterday after dealing with them last year and well I’m already overwhelmed the thought of going through that hell again is just so overwhelming any advice how to get rid of them for good
