Suggestions for how i can support Clinical Team

Hello. I want to know how to better support the BCBAs, Supervisors, and BTs/RBTs (for them, perhaps supporting the RBTs/BTs means creating tools for the mid level supes and BCBA)

One idea i had was having a means to automate updates on due dates for FBA and Service Auths.. sure the paperwork comes in and they come view the dates at any time but we all know how busy things get... I just want to be supportive as possible to the clinical team. I'm not an owner, I'm just someone in operations and other flex positions that really cares about the families and the clinicians. I just want to be helpful.
