Wet food for adult ragdoll with chicken sensitivity and FLOTD

My almost 4 year old ragdoll cat has always had a chicken sensitivity. He was recently diagnosed with feline lower urinary tract disease (FLOTD). We were advised by the vet to incorporate more wet food into his diet to help him increase his fluid intake. Need help with finding good brands. What are some brands everyone likes?
