Trying to set up Sunshine on my desktop to stream to my handheld and it tells me it's a security risk, is this normal?

I downloaded sunshine and moonlight and installed them both but when I try to open Sunshine to link it it gives me a screen saying it's a security risk and to go back. Is this normal behavior that I can ignore or did I do something wrong?
