[IL], I-9 Vendor Recommendations

We recently did a self-audit of our I-9s and it turned into a bit of a mess. We found several missing forms plus a lot of small errors that clearly came from different managers handling things differently. I’m trying to get ahead of it and standardize the process, so I’ve started looking at OutSolve, Equifax, and WorkBright. OutSolve came recommended by someone in our network, but when we talked to Equifax the price honestly scared me a bit, and now I’m trying to figure out what actually works in the real world vs what just sounds good in a demo.

What are you using for I-9s and has it actually helped reduce errors and admin time? Any regrets with the system you chose?
