Anyone here who has successfully worked in a foreign country?

Been doing construction for 12+ years in the same town I grew up in. Started from the bottom and worked my way up to a PM role. My question has anyone here been successful in transition your skillset to be able to move to a different country?

Been interested in trying and see more of the world. How hard is it to find work for an outsider?
