- HRA rental assistance (active)

- Excellent rental history

- Quiet and responsible tenant

What I’m looking for:

- Location: Midtown West / Hell’s Kitchen (open to nearby areas)

- Move-in: Around May 31 (flexible for the right place)

- Budget: Up to $2,900

- Unit type: Studio or 1-bedroom

- Preference: Rent-stabilized unit
