24yo Double Major (CS/Game Design) building a Travel SaaS to survive university debt. 23 sign-ups, 0 sales. Need brutal advice.
I’m currently 24 years old, pulling double duty with a double major in Game Design and Computer Science. Most of my "free" time lately hasn't been spent relaxing—it’s been spent staring at my monthly debt statements and worrying about how I’m going to clear them.
I’m not trying to get "rich." I just want the peace of mind that comes with knowing my monthly bills are covered. To make that happen, I built a Travel SaaS that generates high-end, comprehensive trip reports.
Honestly? I’ve looked at the competition, and I truly believe my tool is better than anything else on the market. It’s definitely better than just asking ChatGPT; I personally hate how AI info gets lost in a "scroll-doom" chat interface. My reports cover deep insights, specific recommendations, safety scores, transport logistics, and much more in a structured way.
The Reality Check: I launched 3 weeks ago. I’ve been making content, but I can't seem to get real traction. I’ve managed to get 23 sign-ups, but exactly 0 paying customers.
I’m a builder by nature, but I’m hitting a wall with the marketing and conversion side. I really want to make this work so I can focus on my degrees without this constant financial weight on my shoulders.
I need your help with:
- How do I bridge the gap from "cool tool" to actual revenue?
- Where should I be looking for people who actually need deep travel reports (not just casual browsers)?
- Brutal feedback on the landing page/flow.
I’m all ears. Give it to me straight.
