Best Space Exploration Game

I have never played a proper space exploration game before (at most, dipped my toes into warframe). But I'm looking for a space game that with a strong emphasis on exploration and discovery (with a bonus if it has puzzles).

For context, I much preferred the exploration and puzzles of Zelda Breath of the wild and its sequel over the action-adventure gunner style of cyberpunk 2077. I know these aren't the best examples but I'm a very casual gamer with a short list of games played lol. But I want something closer to zelda in space than cyberpunk on space.

I've seen some of no man's sky, elite dangerous and so on, but the list of games in this genre is very vast and so I'm a bit lost.

TLDR, a "I wonder what's over that hill" style space game would scratch the perfect itch. Thank you for any and all suggestions!
