I’m feeling really afraid of whats going on in the world and nobody can explain what’s going on in a way that i understand

hi everyone, i don’t want to be political or anything but im feeling really confused by what’s going on around the world with apparently we are in another world war?

thats what everyone is saying and also everyones saying we wont have any petrol in australia in a week and doesnt that mean everything will stop? how will we eat?

everyone is saying such contradictory things and everyone else seems to understand but i dont. is anyone else feeling really confused and scared right now?

i know its selfish to feel this way but i also am really scared of things changing. i dont want the world to be different for meand i dont think i could survive the stress of a world war im really really afraid.

i dont know what anyones saying when they try and explain it to me, i dont understand at all and its making me more and more scared all the time
