I lost 13 out of 15 matches today is this normal?

I classified for Gold 1 after a few matches and after 15 games with other golds i lost 13 of them (one of them being because of an enemy quitter).

I played full Moira focusing on staying alive, keeping tank healed all the time and putting some pressure on enemies as long as my team was healthy. In most of these games I got almost the same damage as the DPS of my team, and more heal score than the other healer. Compared to the enemy team, I still had better numbers than their healers and some solid damage for being Moira.

Don't know what the hell is going on but never happened to me in any competitive game. I can't bother trying to be that guy who complains about teammates for losing games but losing 13 out of 15 sounds crazy, statistically does not make sense to me. I don't know. I'm pretty new to competitive as I only played casual for 40-50ish hours, so I would like to know if am I the only one suffering this or is it because my character sucks even if I hard carry or whatever.
