Lens A-mount with body E-mount

Hi, I have a Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 APO EX DG Macro HSM (II) (A-mount) and I’m planning to upgrade to the Sony A7C. Should I buy the Sony LA-EA3, Sony LA-EA4, or Sony LA-EA5? Which one is better?(I tried compatible but cant find macro hsm)
