XBOX one s ”no signal”

Where to start looking for the problem. Replaced HDMI port, replaced Retimer chip 2 times, both tested working on another console. All connections tested and fine. Still no picture. Where to start looking for the problem. Replaced HDMI port, replaced Retimer chip 2 times, both tested working on another console. All connections tested and fine. Still no picture. At first the console made a flickering picture so I replaced the retimer chip after that its no working.
