Help with switching from console

Hi Gamers. I have played DBD on Xbox for many years. I have recently been looking at PCs and had a few questions. Will I be able to keep all of my outfits and killers along with all their prestige levels? Also what RAM would the community recommend for DBD 16gb? Or maybe that’s too low.
