Looking for feedback on Dreams Onyx

Hi, we're considering this resort for November travel. We value clean updated rooms, good food, a relaxed non-party vibe, and activities available close by. I'm drawn to Onyx because of the waterslides, lazy river, and swim up rooms.

We are a family of 3 and have a laid back 16 year old who likely won't participate in any teen clubs. Would this be a good fit for us? Any other all inclusives we should consider? Budget is around $8,000 CAD for 7 days including flights from Edmonton.
