Split siblings question

If im gen 1 and my kids are gen 2 via c3, what happens if I had a future kid after c3 went to affect would they be able to be granted citizenship as not being a citizen would be unequal treatment?

Ie

Already have kids they are canadian Another kid born in future will they be able to be automatically canadian like their siblings?
