Stomach feeling 😫

I moved up from 0.5 to 2mg over the last 6 weeks with the last 2 weeks being at 2mg. I kinda knew I shouldn't pin another 2 because the effects hadn't worn off feom last week. but oh my I can barely eat this week.

and I always have that feeling in my stomach, the one where it feels like you need to eat (not hunger more like the body wanting calories) its a gnawing feeling, but the stomach is full and if I eat any more I will feel sick.

I will be going back to 1.5 next week.
