Losing soundcheck please help! Its an 800 dollar ticket :(

Hi yall

My dad was really kind and got my a vip sound check ticket to toronto for christmas. It was a huge gift. He transfered the ticket to me and I remember seeing in the extras all the stuff about vip and soundcheck cause i stared at the ticket for an hour. I cant see that info anymore and find out that my tickets arent sound check our vip anymore?

Idk what to do and the concert is in two days. Im balling my eyes out and I feel so bad cause the ticket was 800 dollars. I took the day off to travel there any everything.

Can i uss his account and get in if i transfer the tickets back to him? Im genuinly freaking out. Ive never gotten sound check before and ive never heard of this. There was no warning too when we were transferring the tickets and I swear I saw that info about the ticket in the extras section.

I know the require id but are they that strict? Idek if he could get his money back. Ive been a fan of them for 10 years now im genuinely so sad.
