Charlotte's Couples Communication

Hi fellow potatoes, I remember seeing in one of Charlotte's videos she discusses how her and Mike communicate difficult conversations- some acronym involving opportunities. Can anyone remember what it is?? I've trolled through so many videos and can't find it. But I remember it being something that I'd find really useful.
