question with regards to a samsung Ao5s

okay, so earlier today (around 6-7 hours ago) I received my A05s. I paid £88 off of amazon. though i am confused. it wasnt charging, just telling me to check the wire or the plug (which was working on my family members regular A05 perfectly well). i decided i would leave it on this charging screen. i come back a couple hours later - flat dead. when i'm trying to get it charging now, it still wont. its vibrating but alas, there is nothing else from it. whats a fix here??
